V. Suresh \n\n\n\nThis opening session laid the groundwork by helping teachers understand how children think and learn. Special focus was given to Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha\, enabling teachers to connect with today’s children in meaningful ways. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSession 2 – Biblical & Theological Foundation\n\n\n\nSpeaker: Pastor Abishek \n\n\n\nPhase 1 emphasized that teaching must be rooted in God’s Word.
