SUMMARY:Good Friday Worship Service 2025
DESCRIPTION:On the evening of April 18\, 2025\, our church gathered in reverence to observe Good Friday—a day that reminds us of Christ’s ultimate sacrifice. The service began with scripture readings that took us through the journey of Jesus from Gethsemane to Calvary\, allowing us to reflect deeply on the suffering He bore for our sins. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA moving portion of the service focused on the Seven Last Sayings of Jesus on the Cross. Each saying was followed by a short meditation and prayer\, drawing us closer to the heart of God. The worship team led us in soft hymns that brought many to tears\, stirring within us a renewed gratitude for the love Jesus displayed\, even in His final moments. Through every word and song\, we were reminded that the cross was not a place of defeat\, but of victory and love.As the service came to a close\, we left the place\, carrying the weight of what Christ endured—but also the hope of resurrection. Good Friday may end in darkness\, but it points us toward the dawn of Easter Sunday. Until then\, we rest in the promise that His suffering has brought us life.

SUMMARY:VBS 2025 “Honourable Vessel”
DESCRIPTION:This year’s Vacation Bible School was a powerful and joyful journey centered on the theme “Honourable Vessel”\, based on 2 Timothy 2:21: \n\n\n\n“If a man therefore purge himself from these\, he shall be a vessel unto honour\, sanctified\, and meet for the master’s use\, and prepared unto every good work.” \n\n\n\nOver five spirit-filled days\, children were taught how to become vessels God can use — from brokenness to purpose\, from cleansing to commissioning. Here’s a recap of the journey: \n\n\n\n\n\nDay 1: Wonderful Vessel\n\n\n\nWe began with hearts full of excitement and wonder. Children learned that each of us is a uniquely created vessel\, wonderfully made by God. Through interactive lessons and crafts\, they explored their God-given identity and value\, setting the tone for the days ahead. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDay 2: Broken Vessel\n\n\n\nThe second day focused on the reality of sin and brokenness. Children were gently taught how disobedience can crack our vessel\, but God’s love can restore us. Through Bible stories\, songs\, and visual storytelling\, they learned about repentance\, grace\, and the hope we have in Jesus. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDay 3: Chosen Vessel\n\n\n\nDay 3 reminded the children that even in brokenness\, God still chooses us. They studied stories like Paul’s transformation and Esther’s calling\, realizing they too are chosen for a purpose. Activities and worship sessions stirred faith and confidence in being set apart by God. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDay 4: Sanctified Vessel\n\n\n\nChildren explored what it means to be cleansed and set apart for God’s use. They learned how to grow in faith\, practice purity\, and live with intention. The day was filled with skits\, group discussions\, and joyful praise as they discovered how God sanctifies His vessels. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDay 5: Empty Vessel\n\n\n\nThe final day focused on surrender — being empty of pride\, sin\, and self\, so God can fill us with His Spirit. Children reflected on giving their hearts fully to Jesus. It was a touching and prayerful day that concluded with commitments and testimonies from young hearts. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nValedictory Ceremony\n\n\n\nOn April 29\, our VBS 2025 ended with a joyful and inspiring Valedictory Ceremony. Parents and guests joined to witness the growth in every child. Presentations of songs\, memory verses\, skits\, and awards celebrated the week.Special thanks were given to our Pastors\, Executive Committee\, Teaching Teams\, Volunteers\, and every child who participated wholeheartedly. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFinal Words\n\n\n\nVBS 2025 was not just an event — it was a spiritual transformation. Children left knowing they are Wonderful\, Broken\, Chosen\, Sanctified\, and Empty Vessels — now ready to be used for God’s glory. \n\n\n\nMay we all continue to live as Honourable Vessels\, prepared for every good work.See you in VBS 2026!

DESCRIPTION:A Powerful Gathering of Shepherds\n\n\n\nOn Saturday\, July 5\, 2025\, Baptist Church Sanathnagar was blessed to host the Pastors Conference 2025\, a spiritual gathering focused on equipping and encouraging church leaders in their divine calling. Pastors\, church workers\, and believers from various congregations came together to worship\, reflect\, and grow. \n\n\n\n\n\nSession 1: The Spiritual Life of a Pastor\n\n\n\nIn the first session\, Pastor V. Moses Babu delivered a heartfelt and convicting message on the importance of a pastor’s personal walk with God. He reminded us that ministry begins not in the pulpit\, but in the prayer room. \n\n\n\n\nA pastor must lead from a place of personal spiritual discipline.\n\n\n\nTrue leadership flows from humility and obedience.\n\n\n\nThe calling is not about position\, but about a life surrendered to Christ.\n\n\n\n\nThis session stirred many hearts to renew their commitment to serve with holiness and passion. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSession 2: The Church as a Family – Teamwork in Ministry\n\n\n\nThe second session shifted focus to the members of the church and Executive Committee\, highlighting the need for unity and teamwork. Pastor Moses Babu used the analogy of a family to powerfully convey that the church functions best when: \n\n\n\n\nEach member values their role.\n\n\n\nThere is mutual support and trust.\n\n\n\nLeaders and members work together\, not independently.\n\n\n\nThe body of Christ moves in one spirit.\n\n\n\n\nThis message encouraged everyone present to strengthen collaboration and communication within their churches. Renew their commitment to serve with holiness and passion. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA Spirit-Filled and Fruitful Day\n\n\n\nFrom start to finish\, the event was marked by: \n\n\n\n\nHeartfelt worship\n\n\n\nEncouraging fellowship\n\n\n\nBiblical teaching\n\n\n\nA strong sense of togetherness among believers\n\n\n\n\nWe give all glory to God for making the Pastors Conference 2025 a time of revival\, learning\, and unity. \n\n\n\nThank You!\n\n\n\nWe extend our thanks to everyone who attended and supported this event. May we continue to build strong\, Spirit-led churches — where pastors lead with integrity and members serve in unity like a family.

SUMMARY:Youth Revival Meet 2025
DESCRIPTION:Standing firm in the faith – 1 Peter 5:9 \n\n\n\nOrganized by the Baptist Youth Fellowship (BYF) with the vision to strengthen young believers to remain steadfast in their walk with Christ amidst life’s challenges\, The Baptist Church Sanathnagar recently hosted a powerful Youth Revival Meet under the inspiring theme Unshakable\, based on the Scripture 1 Peter 5:9 – ” Stand firm in the faith .” \n\n\n\nThe meeting was a sacred moment of worship and rededication for the church’s youth. With hearts lifted in praise and hands raised in surrender\, the atmosphere was filled with the presence of God\, reminding everyone that true strength and stability come only by standing firm in faith. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Word of God was ministered by Rev. Dr B. Purushotham Francis (BD\, MA\, PhD) \, whose message deeply resonated with the youth. Through biblical insights and practical life applications\, he emphasised the importance of an unwavering faith in Christ — a faith that does not shake in the face of temptation\, doubt\, or pressure from the world. He encouraged every believer to anchor their lives in the truth of God’s Word and to live courageously for the Lord in today’s generation. \n\n\n\n\n\nAs the Word was shared and worship rose\, many young people experienced a fresh touch from God — reviving their passion for His purpose and renewing their commitment to follow Him wholeheartedly. \n\n\n\nThis Youth Revival Meet was not merely an event but a divine encounter — a reminder that God is raising an Unshakable Generation\, rooted deeply in His Word and steadfast in His promises. \n\n\n\nHe alone is my rock and my salvation\, my fortress where I will not be shaken. – Psalm 62:6 \n\n\n\nMay the message of this revival inspire our youth to stand firm in the faith and live as bold witnesses for Christ in every sphere of life.
