Palm Sunday 2025
April 13 @ 9:00 am
On a bright and blessed morning of Palm Sunday, April 13, 2025, the believers of Baptist Church Sanathnagar gathered in unity to commemorate the triumphal entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem. The day began with a spirit-filled procession at 9:00 AM, starting from Czech Colony, Sanathnagar.
Carrying palm branches and singing Hosannas, the congregation—comprising both the Telugu and English wings—walked in harmony, symbolizing the crowd that welcomed Jesus as King. The procession was more than a march; it was a moving testimony of faith, joy, and surrender to the Prince of Peace.
A Community United in Worship
As the streets of Czech Colony echoed with worship and celebration, onlookers paused to witness the joy of the Palm Sunday tradition. Children, youth, elders, and families walked hand-in-hand, waving palm leaves and proclaiming, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” It was a beautiful reminder that Jesus still enters the hearts of those who welcome Him today.
The Palm Sunday Worship Service followed at 10:00 AM at the church premises. The service was enriched by:
- Communion, led by Rev. Dr. K. Daniel Solomon (Senior Pastor), offering a sacred moment of reflection and gratitude.
- A powerful Worship Message by Rev. S. Sudhir Kumar (Associate Pastor), emphasizing the significance of Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem and His journey to the cross.
Let us continue to walk in His steps, with palms of praise and hearts of surrender.
