This timeless verse encapsulated the spirit of our recent Vacation Bible School (VBS) themed ‘Under His Wings’, held at our church. Over six transformative days, children from all classes participated eagerly, finding themselves embraced by the nurturing atmosphere and the comforting message of God’s love and protection.
Led by the captivating speakers, each day was filled with enriching activities. From lively music sessions echoing with praise to engaging storytelling sessions that brought biblical narratives to life, every moment was an opportunity for spiritual growth.
The puppet show, with its endearing characters, conveyed profound messages of faith and resilience. Amidst laughter and learning, the interactive Bible lessons instilled values of compassion, courage, and trust in God’s providence. Furthermore, the participation of children in memory verses added another layer of depth, showcasing their commitment to internalizing the teachings and principles shared throughout the program. As the week unfolded, it was evident that hearts were being touched, and lives were being transformed under the shelter of His wings.
